All tickets, memberships and any other products purchased via this website are subject to the Tickets online terms and conditions. A full version of the Ticketing terms and conditions are available at the bottom of this page.
Tickets online terms and conditions –
All tickets purchased are issued subject to the Tickets online terms and conditions, the ground regulations and the Ticketing terms and conditions.
All tickets are non refundable, and non transferable.
In the event of the date or time of the match being changed, tickets issued with the previous time or date will still be valid for the re-arranged fixture.
Should a match be postponed or abandoned for any reason before half time, the tickets will still be valid for the re-arranged fixture. If you do not wish to attend the re-arranged fixture, you will be entitled to a refund as long as the refund request is made in writing to the club no later than 24 hours before the advertised kick off of the game.
No tickets will be re-printed in the event of a tickets being lost or forgotten. If your ticket is stolen, you should report the theft to the police and obtain a crime reference number. On production of this reference number, the club will re-issue your ticket free of charge.
All tickets purchased are subject to a £1.60 booking fee.
Tickets purchased up to 3 working days before the game will be posted out to the registered address of the lead applicant. For instance, for a Saturday game, all tickets purchased before 15:00 on a Wednesday will be posted out. Any tickets purchased after this time will need to be collected from the Ticket Office on the day of the game.
If, for any reason, you do not receive the tickets through the post, please contact the club and we will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect.
Retail online terms and conditions –
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Burnley Football Club, return it to us within 28 days in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. We would advise that any returns are sent via recorded delivery as the Club cannot accept responsibility if the items are subsequently lost in the post. Furthermore, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are deemed faulty. Items should be returned to the following address:

The Club endeavours to ensure that all items, descriptions and prices which appear online are upto date and accurate, however, errors may occur. If order cannot be fulfilled the customer will be notified via email, card details will be retaken and a refund processed.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange the following items unless they are deemed faulty: DVDs, Earrings, Personalised Goods and items specifically made to order.
Burnley Football Club reserves the right to refuse any shirt personalisation request which it considers offensive, insulting or abusive, should this occur the customer shall be notified via email. Personalised shirts may only be returned if they are deemed faulty, therefore, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Furthermore, the Club is unable to accept responsibility if a player leaves or changes their squad number.
The Club aims to despatch all standard delivery orders as soon as possible with the goal of getting them to you within 2-5 working days, however, during busy periods please allow upto 10 working days. Burnley Football Club also offers a guaranteed Next Day Delivery service on all orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Next Day Delivery is unavailable on orders placed over the weekend, these will be despatched on the following Monday. A list of all delivery options can be found below:

Click and Collect is a new service, simply place your order as normal and choose ‘Collect from Stadium Store’ on the delivery method drop down list. The Click & Collect service is free and convenient meaning you can collect your parcel at a time that suits you. Orders will be available for collection 48 hours after we received your order, on collection you will be required to bring your confirmation email and proof of ID. If for any reason an order is not collected after 10 working days you will be contacted to organise another form of delivery, please be aware this may incur a charge.
